Mema’s Crafts products are 90% paper based and uses mostly recycled paper. We pride ourselves on not only creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind unique designs but doing so in a way that is respectful to the earth and encompasses the go-green initiative. Recycling keeps waste out of landfills by turning materials, such as glass and paper, into resources that can be processed into new things such as cards and home decor.

To complete a purchase on the Website, you must add Product(s) to your shopping bag and click on the “Continue to Checkout” button to enter any information required to complete the purchase. You acknowledge that simply adding Product(s) to your shopping bag prior to completing your purchase at checkout does not guarantee that you may purchase those Product(s). If between adding a Product to the cart and completing the purchasing process, the Product inventory is exhausted, such Product will be automatically withdrawn from the order and you will not be responsible for making a payment for that Product. Mema’s Crafts takes every precaution to ensure that the content, product descriptions, prices, and other information on the Website are as accurate as possible. However, Mema’s Crafts does not guarantee that information on the Website is complete and error-free. Purchases made on website Memascrafts.com can be paid through credit card or PayPal. Products purchased on Memascrafts.com are shipped out within 3 business days from placing the order. Delivery times may be subject to delays in case of holidays; couriers do not deliver on 12/25, 12/26, 01/01 and weekends. For orders placed through credit card, consider an extra working day for regular administrative checks to standard shipping times. Due to the regulations applied by national authorities to try to contain the spread of Covid-19, standard delivery times may suffer some inconveniences. Shipping costs vary; The cost will depend on weight of products.

Because of the nature of our products all sales are final unless received in a damaged or unusable condition. Please take a picture and contact us if you feel you should be given a refund. Customized or personalized items unfortunately are not returnable nor refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If approved for a refund damaged product must be returned in the condition they were received in their original packaging.
